There will be days that you wake up to play your sport and you don't feel your best.  Maybe you are sick, slightly injured or just exhausted from a long week of school, sports and life. 

Here's the thing you don't have to feel 100% to play well!!

Learn to focus on the small controllable elements of your performance, create more realistic expectations of your performance and focus on getting the most out of what you have that day. 

If you are only at 60% of your "physical" best work to get 100% of your 60%
